Bodybuilding PROTEIN Greek Yogurt Pudding Recipe!



My breakfast staple for the past 3 months! Give this recipe a try, its honestly the best breakfast meals you’ll ever have. TRUST ME!
Ingredients:
500g Greek Yogurt (Fat Free)
1 Scoop of AllMax Isoflex (Peanut butter & Chocolate)
1 TBSP of Peanut Butter
3 Reduced Fat oreo’s (30% Less Fat)

Macros are : 83g Protein/45g Carbs/ 13g Fat (651 cal)
