Recipe:
-1.5 lbs. ground turkey, cooked in pan until brown.
-2 large bell peppers, sliced and sauteed in pan.
-Quinoa, cooked according to package.
-1 can of black beans, microwaved.
-Cook all ingredients and serve!
-Top with salsa, sour cream, and your choice of condiments!
-About 600 calories per plate.
