In today’s Full Body Workout video, I have shared My 20 kg PCOS weightloss workout which has helped me to lose weight. In today’s full body workout routine, I have shared few high intensity cardio workouts and few body weight workout. These workouts play an important role in my PCOS 20 kg weightloss transformation. This workout is mainly for women as it targets lower body mostly because women tend to have heavier lower body. This full body weightloss transformation video will be helpful for PCOS as I have included high intensity workouts and have focused on abs section, as it is most difficult part to tone if u have PCOS.

I have really worked hard to lose weight and especially tone my body and would be very happy if I could help others as well to lose weight because we need to lose weight if we are diagnosed with PCOS. There’s no other option.
