There is so much to learn and for a beginner the goal is to just take it all in stride. You will see results and muscle growth if you stay consistent.

My goal is to help you guys get through the newbie stages of working out and going to the gym and then educating you on the things listed above. Future videos will include, meal preps, training splits, macros, different exercises, water intake, supplements reviews and how they work etc.
