Macro friendly recipe here! It’s an awesome bodybuilding meal whether you’re cutting or bulking! All you need is some sriracha sauce, sweet and sour sauce, as well as some, soy sauce. Simply play with the amount of veggies and rice you decide to put in and the meal can be adjusted to your goals. Also, by all means up the protein by adding more chicken in. I wanted to add only 6oz but ended up with 7oz but it’s okay… You use however much you want. Also be aware that depending on the brand of sauces you use your macros can be different. So make sure to weigh out your own stuff and read the labels! MACROS DOWN BELOW!
