I promised a video on cheap bodybuilding meals so here it is! These are super quick to prepare, and hardly cost anything to make. These were my go-to bulking meals!
Today we’re going to talk about cheap bodybuilding meals. I used these 3 meals to help me gain 40lbs of muscle in 6 months when I first started bodybuilding.
These meals are a little different than what I do now, but they worked great back then for a cheap bulking diet.
Back in the day I didn’t do any food combining. To be honest, 10 years ago I never even heard of food combining. I always ate balanced meals (protein, carbs and fats), and that’s what these 3 meals will be.
These meals have TONS of calories in them, so for all you skinny guys out there you’re in luck!
