VEGAN BODYBUILDING MEAL PREP ON A BUDGET 4
What up guys and gals?! I hope all is good wherever you are. In today’s video I have another vegan bodybuilding on a budget video, this would be the 4th one in what I hope will be an ongoing series for the channel. These vegan bodybuilding meals are not only perfect for you vegan students on a budget but they are perfect high protein vegan meals for anyone looking to make those extra gains in the gym. as usual all the macro nutrients of proteins, fats and carbs will be listed at the end of the video.
Here are your needed ingredients:
Lentil stew and Quinoa tof mix:
2 cup brown lentils, uncooked (400g)
4 tbsp tomato paste (60g)
1.5 cup diced carrots (200g)
1.5 cup diced onions (200g)
1 cup of mushrooms
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp rosemary
5 cup water
black pepper to taste
Solid tofu (300g)
1 cup of raw quinoa (can substitute rice or barley)
2 cups of frozen vegetables
1 bay leaf
salt and paper to taste
1 tbsp of Soy Sauce.
