Chicken Tandoori Recipe (Ingredients)

Chicken – Breast or Leg Pieces (your choice)
Charcoal – 1 small piece (for smoking)
Ginger Garlic Paste
Garam Masala Powder
Chillie Powder
Turmeric
Black Pepper
Curd (Greek Yogurt)
Salt

How to Prepare Tandoori Chicken in Microwave?

1.First, take the chicken pieces and make slight cuts on both the sides.
2.Now, heat the charcoal and place in a bowl.
3.Place the bowl in between the chicken pieces on a place.
4.Put a vessel on top of them so that the pieces absorb all the smoke.
5.Now, prepare the marination (masala) with all the other ingredients.
6.Marinate the chicken pieces with this masala paste.
7.Place them on a grill and put it in a microwave.
8.Grill the Tandoori chicken at 170 to 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
