HIGH PROTEIN VEGAN PANCAKES | VEGAN BODYBUILDING MEAL
What’s going on everybody, in today’s vegan bodybuilding meal video I’m making the easiest, cheapest and most delicious high protein vegan pancakes. Most of you will already have all these ingredients available to you in your home as most proper vegan bodybuilders. Now here is what you will need:
40 grams of Oats
1 large banana (about 100grams)
1/4 cup of your vegan milk of choice
1 scoop of vegan protein powder
20 to 25 grams of peanut butter
And thats about it. Add all these to you bender or food processor and your pancakes mix is ready to be cooked, this should be enough for about 2 medium pancakes but should you want more feel free to double up the recipe.
Pour your pancake mix into you pan, but make sure to spray it with vegan cooking oil first. Once your mix is in the pan put a lid over it for about 30 seconds to 1 minute to make sure the pancakes cook all the way through.Once the high protein vegan pancakes are cooked you can now make the topping.
For the topping, use a half cup of frozen blueberries and one half cup of frozen strawberries and them to a pan on low / medium heat with just a touch of water. after about 1 minutes, use a fork to mash up the previously frozen fruits into a nice tasty “Jam like” topping.
You can now remove the topping from the pan and add it to the top of the pancakes to make these vegan pancakes even more appetizing.
