EVERYONE LOVES CEREAL. Bodybuilder miss cereal when they are “clean dieting” and coco pops aren’t quite cutting it for their contest prep nutrition plan! Here I use MyProtein Flavdrops, Rice Cakes and Almond Milk to make an imitation cereal that tastes comparable to kids cereals like Lucky Charms and Coco Pops which everyone loves and might eat on a cheat meal! This recipe works for both bulking and cutting, though in particular for cutting when you are fitting unprocessed food into your macros (IIFYM or not!) this is a great low calorie, low carb alternative to standard breakfast cereal.
