This is one of my favorite staple recipes that I always have in my refrigerator. This ground turkey recipe, is a nice treat from my usual chicken, or shrimp. Turkey meatballs are delicious, and easy. Not only is this high protein recipe easy to prepare, it’s full of flavor that you wouldn’t expect. By simply adding salsa and a few chopped veggies you end up with a unique tasting lean protein source. The recipe calls for only a few simple ingredients and can be made in no time at all. It doesn’t matter if you are bodybuilder or someone looking to clean up your diet, this ground turkey recipe is perfect for everyone. A common misconception about clean eating is that it’s not convenient. In fact, it’s not necessarily easier to eat out. With these turkey meatballs, all you have to do is throw them into a Tupperware or plastic baggie to consume on the go.
