Sweet Potato Bodybuilding Pancakes, Easy pancake recipe



Recipe
1/4 cup oats made into flour
1 egg or 1-3oz egg whites
3-4oz sweet potato
2oz milk
1tsp baking soda
1 scoop casein or blend protein

Easy, quick recipe that is packed with protein, fiber and complex carbs.

One of my favorite meals to mass produce and pack for the week.
