HIGH PROTEIN VEGAN BEAN BURGER | VEGAN BODYBUILDING MEAL
Hey Guys in this video I’m showing you how I make my high protein vegan kidney bean burger, another delicious vegan bodybuilding meal. You can also substitute the kidney beans for black beans and make it a vegan black bean burger.As well as how I prepare my potato wedges and my vegan raw cashew dip / salad dressing. Here what you will will need for the vegan bodybuilding recipe bean Burger patties:
RECIPE:
Yields 4 patties
Ingredients:
2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 onion, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 cup quick oats
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp coriander1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
What you need for a large amount of the cashew dip:
2 cups of soaked raw cashews (soaked for 2 hours)
1 tbsp of sea salt
1 1/4 cup of water
And for the wedges (a personal serving):
2 small white potatoes
1 tsp of paprika
2 tsp of oregano
pinch of salt
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
