High Protein Peanut Butter & Jelly | Vegan Recipe | Bodybuilding Meal



So this is one of my favourite high protein vegan muscle building meals, which I usually have as a treat on a Saturday morning! It’s a variation of a recipe that I pretty much stole from a fellow YouTuber called MuscleNMind. Make sure you check out their channel here:

The recipe is very simple, made up of just 4 ingredients:

1. 2 slices of Dr Zaks high protein bread from MyProtein
2. 20g peanut butter
3. 40g blueberries
4. 80g mixed red berries (strawberries, raspberries, cherries, red currents and black currents)

Basically you render the fruit down into a warm runny jam in a frying pan on a low heat. You toast your bread and spread on the peanut butter like a normal sandwich, and then you pour over the gooey goodness on the top.

This is an ideal vegan bodybuilding meal that is over 400 calories, and has 35g protein.
