Another video that does what it says on the tin! This time we’ve got a recipe video for a low fat high protein chicken curry made from scratch with no sauce or premade ingredients, everything was fresh! The taste review was not filmed but it did taste really good. I used water as a volumiser in the video but I would highly recommend coconut milk for added taste and texture
