20 Minute FAT LOSS Workout – NO GYM! + How I Stay Motivated

Full Workout– Complete this circuit 5x to finish the entire workout! Keep rest time as short as possible between exercises, and only rest for 1-2 minutes between circuits!

1 Circuit:
– Stair Sprints x 2 (up and down twice)
– Lunges x 2 (up and down twice)
– Incline Push Ups x 12 (can modify by putting knees on ground)
– Squats (1 squat per step) x 1 (up the flight one time)
– Ab Crunches x 15 (finish with 15 bicycle crunches!)
