HEALTHY + SIMPLE VEGAN BREAKFAST IDEAS

avo + bagel “toast”
1 bagel
avocado
nutritional yeast
lemon

dessert sweet potatoes
sweet potatoes
1 banana sliced
3 tbs pb2 + 3 tbs maple syrup
a sprinkle of coconut granola
cereal (this is not optional)

breakfast tacos
about 1/3 block of tofu
a sprinkle of black salt (it will give the tofu that “eggy” taste)
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tbs tumeric
1/2 tsp garlic
1 1/2 tbs nutritional yeast
for the peppers:
1/2 tsp minced onion (or onion powder) …I don’t like the taste of real onions but I love the seasoning flavor for some reason hehe
1/2 tsp garlic powder
fill corn tortillas with:
lettuce
brown rice
pinto beans
tofu scramble
peppers
avocado
parsley
