1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup packed coconut sugar
1/2 cup mashed banana

Mix together wet then dry ingredients then combine
Bake for 30 minutes or until knife comes out dry
ICING:
¾ cup raw cacoa powder
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup to ½ cup pure maple syrup

Mix until combined
3. NACHOS
500g potatoes sliced thinly
300g fresh salsa
1/2 cup jalapenos
1 tin mixed beans in tomato sauce
50g vegan cheese

Layer all ingredients and grill until cheese has melted
