High Protein Bodybuilder Chili

Ingredients:
1 lb 93/7 lean ground beef
1 can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can white beans
22.5 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 diced onion
SPICE BLEND:
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon red chili flakes
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
(ground black pepper to taste)

Cook for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
